Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using eCVmaker ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Free tier limits
Free users may generate up to 3 resume + cover letter pairs per day. We reserve the right to adjust this limit at any time. Rate limits are enforced per IP address.
3. Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed through Paddle. You may cancel at any time via the Paddle billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful. You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
5. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate resume and cover letter text. AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to employers. eCVmaker makes no guarantees about accuracy, job placement, or interview outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your original resume content. The AI-generated output is assigned to you for personal use. eCVmaker retains rights to the Service software and branding.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eCVmaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
